Reporting a correction
Accuracy matters more to us than anything else on this site. If a guide or the calculator gets something wrong, please tell us. To help us act quickly, include:
- The page URL and the exact sentence or figure in question.
- What you believe the correct information is.
- A link to an official source (an EU or national government page) where possible.
We review factual corrections promptly, and when we make a change we update the page's "last updated" date so readers can see it has been revised.
Feedback on the calculator
If a result looks wrong, send us the inputs you used — your planned entry date and the past trips you entered (dates only) — and what you expected to see. The calculator runs entirely in your browser and we cannot see your session, so we can only investigate from the details you provide. Screenshots help.
Partnerships and press
For partnership proposals, licensing the calculator, or press enquiries, email the same address with "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject line and a short description of what you have in mind.
What we cannot help with
We are not immigration advisers and cannot answer questions about your individual situation — whether a specific trip is "safe", how to handle a past overstay, visa applications, or entry refusals. For those, contact the official immigration authority of the country involved, your nearest consulate, or a qualified immigration lawyer. Our disclaimer explains this in full.

This is a small project run alongside other work. We usually reply within a few working days. Correction reports are prioritised.
